The Great Boston Molasses Catastrophe
On a blustery afternoon in the year, disaster struck Boston. A massive reservoir filled with sticky, sweet molasses burst sending a tidal wave of the thick liquid crashing through the streets. The power was catastrophic, smashing buildings and entombing residents in a sticky mass. Dozens of people were fatally injured, and many more were wounded.
